Our Educators

Our Educators are dedicated, enthusiastic, and fully-qualified childcare professionals. Passionate about early learning, our Educators work collaboratively with our Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor to ensure that each child receives the highest quality education and care at all times. They take their role as Educators very seriously and recognise the responsibility of nurturing children through their formative years.

Partnerships with Families

Quality learning outcomes are more likely to be achieved when early childhood Educators work in partnership with families. Our Educators recognise that families are the children’s first and most influential teachers. We create a welcoming environment where all children and families are respected and actively encouraged to collaborate with Educators about our curriculum, in order to ensure that learning experiences are meaningful.

Our partnerships are based on the foundations of understanding each other’s expectations and attitudes, whilst building on the strength of each other’s knowledge.
